Hatch Chile currently farms over 1000 acres in the Hatch Valley of New Mexico, its family-owned and operated business, dating back over five generations.\n
\nThe project takes us from the fields to the factory in a collection of agricultural images featuring the field workers and the agriculture process at the family-owned farms. Tadd then takes us inside the factory to document the firing and packaging of the chiles. These images also appear on Hatch's website and social media.\n
